We are an independent graphic design studio that exists solely to produce effective, dynamic, and unprecedented solutions for our clients' print and web project needs. Comprised of a team of skilled artists and designers with backgrounds in fine art, printmaking, sculpture, photography, video editing, and interactive design, Aetherlux can devise a plan best suited for any given project.
Derek Heron-Vanta
Derek came to Aetherlux with a diverse creative background, which includes areas such as music, art, video production, programming, and multimedia design and development. Having been born and raised in Winter Park, FL, he later received his BA degree in Digital Media from the University of Central Florida. He serves as the lead Flash developer; a technology he says he "loves to work with because of its ability to combine art, animation, video and programming all in one platform."
Gregory Pearcey
Born in England and having grown up in Barbados, Greg´s well-traveled 28 years eventually brought him to Orlando, where he graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Art Education. Greg´s open-mindedness towards experimenting with new styles and aesthetics has made him an indispensable part of the AETHERLUX team.
Brian Bellissimo
Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, Brian Bellissimo founded AETHERLUX in 2006 after finishing his AA and AS degrees in Graphic Technologies at Valencia Community College, and following an internship with local design firm Juicy Temples. Always maintaining an eye on the current design trends and constantly trying to push the envelope for ´good design´, his vision is to be better able to create new and different ways of accomplishing tasks, ideas, and functions.
Carmelo Spatazza
Carmelo is a visual artist with a background in film & video, graphic design, and illustration. He currently experiments with new media and communication design.
